ICM Pork participates in Freshmeat AP project

ICM Pork and the Central Carnes, companies belonging to the Primor Group, joined the University of Aveiro in favor of innovation in the agrifood sector. Together, these entities developed the Freshmeat project with the objective of increasing the commercial shelf life of fresh meat to double or triple the time, using high pressure technology.
